WASHINGTON, DC (October 20, 2011) - BCF Solutions, Inc. was listed as one of twelve honorable mentions in the 2011 "Best Places to Work" featured
once every two years. BCF received the same honr in 2009. The article stated, "Employees at this midsize government and commercial contractor praise the caring managers.

Triad Division Wins Framework Contract at Argonne Labs
CHICAGO, IL (April 18, 2011) - Division Director Spencer Curtis announced BCF was selected as a Framework contractor to provide project controls for up to 5 years
at Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago. Triad Division is now part of three Framework contracts. In addition to the work
at Argonne, we also provide support at Brookhaven National Lab and for the ITER project in France. "We still have to win the Task Orders, but we've typically been good at finding
a way to win our fair share of those," says Mr. Curtis. This effort will immediately require positions to be filled within the division, all representing new work.

BCF Wins Facility Management Task Order
HUNTSVILLE, AL (March 11, 2011) - CEO Brady Foster announced today that notification arrived yesterday evening of CSC's
win, where BCF is a critical subcontractor, for the Missile Defense Agency's Directorate of Logistics Task Order for Facility Management and Lifecycle Logistics. Per our agreement with CSC, the
BCF share of this effort will be worth approximately $6.4 million annually. The Task Order is for a one year base period with an option for an additional year (the ID/IQ contract is a five year vehicle).
This award is the culmination of hard work by Mr. Foster and Defense & Space Division Director Adam Mungo, supporting this functional organization for many years and steadily growing
the BCF presence from just a few personnel to a group of almost 50 people. Mr. Mungo and his team worked very hard to make this particular TO a winner for CSC. Congratulations to the entire D&S Team!

BCF Joins in ID/IQ Win, Again
WASHINGTON, DC (March 10, 2011) The Department of Defense announced the Missile Defense Agency is awarding indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for
advisory and assistance services to five different small businesses including DCS Corp in Alexandria, VA for the MiDAESS Group 3 Small Business
Set Aside. BCF will perform as a critical subcontractor to DCS on future competitve, individual Task Orders. Our support will assist DCS in providing engineering, technical analysis and support, scientific,
systems engineering, test planning, and test execution activities in support of the Ballistic Missile Defense System. Each contract has a not to exceed ordering ceiling of $861,100,000
with a maximum performance period through March 2016. The work locations are Huntsville, AL; Colorado Springs, CO; and Arlington, VA.

BCF Wins Project Framework contract with Brookhaven National Lab
RIDGE, NY (January 28, 2011) - Triad Division Director Spencer Curtis announced today BCF
was awarded a Lab-wide Project Controls Framework contract at the Department of Energy's Brookhaven National Laboratory for project control services. The purpose
of this is to provide a quick turnaround for project controls support for projects varying from weeks to months. BCF teamed with a small business contractor - Prime Project
Management - to win this 1 year plus 3 option years Framework contract. Brookhaven has been a BCF customer and we look forward to expanding our support there.
BCF Continues Growth as Sub to CSC
ARLINGTON, VA (January 24, 2011) - BCF continues its success in 2011 with new positions won as a subcontractor to CSC
on new Missile Defense Agency MiDAESS contracts. Defense & Space Division Director Adam Mungo announced this morning he recieved the news from
CSC over what proved to be an exciting weekend. BCF contributed to the efforts on the Integration Synchronization Center Task Order.
BCF will see employees placed in not only the Washington, DC area but also in Huntsville, AL; Colorado Springs, CO;
Los Angeles, CA; and Ft. Greely, AK.
