PROJECT MANAGEMENT

BCF works with our clients to determine their needs up front. As many companies prefer to retain project management in-house, we have developed a model which works seamlessly with the in-house project management team. The key to successful collaboration is communication, identifying risks and implementing safeguards to avoid those risks wherever possible.

BCF will tailor our services to your needs, either serving as project manager or assisting the project management team in any and all aspects desired. We are well-known for our flexibility, quick response and creative solutions to difficult situations. Several times we have been asked by a client to step into a project mid-stream and have completed those projects successfully, meeting timelines where others could not. We have a proven track record in retrospective data collection, project rescue and solving problems caused by inexperienced monitors in the field. We are proud of our excellent reputation for providing quick resolution.
