- Experience. All of our clinical research associates (CRAs) have undergraduate degrees in a basic science or are registered nurses with undergraduate degrees. All of our senior-level CRAs have experience ranging from 5 to more than 15 years in clinical research in difficult therapeutic areas.
- Personal Approach. What really makes us unique is that our Clinical Director works with the client to get the study started. And, there is no charge for this initial service. Why? We want to be your CRO of choice. Also, we only hire CRAs who are referred by our core group of CRAs, with whom we have worked over the years. We do not simply choose names from a database of individuals. We know our CRAs, who are all under master agreement with BCF.
