EXECUTIVE STAFF


Brady C. Foster – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Foster has over 37 Years of Department of Defense management experience in Acquisition Program Management involving audit, budget planning and execution, program control and financial services, and earned value management. Mr. Foster has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound, and a Masters of Science Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Mr. Foster is a retired Air Force Officer. Prior to co-founding BCF Solutions, Inc., he was a Program Manager, a Division Manager, and a Senior Vice President for several companies providing Acquisition Support to a verity of DoD Agencies.

Chand N. Gupta – President
Mr. Gupta has over 25 Years of Department of Defense and Federal Agency management experience in finance, treasury, accounting, contracts, internal controls, human resources and general administration. Mr. Gupta is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Kurukshetra University, India; a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Panjab University, India; and a Masters Degree in Finance from George Mason University. Prior to co-founding BCF Solutions, Inc., Mr. Gupta was the Chief Financial Officer of Government Services Group at L-3 Communications, a large publicly traded corporation.

Adam Mungo - Director
Mr. Mungo has several years of management experience supporting Department of Defense's Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). His experience has been in a broad range of activities including: program management, budget planning and execution, logistical management, and database development. Mr. Mungo has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Radford University, and a Masters of Business Administration in Contracts and Procurement Management from the University of Mary Washington.

Bill Morrow - Director
Mr. Morrow has provided leadership and business development support to the PMA Division for over 8 years; serving as a Senior Vice President and more recently as the Division Director. Mr. Morrow is a retired Army Officer with over 14 years of providing Acquisition Program Management to the Department of the Army. He has served as a Program Manager for an Army Level One Acquisition Program. He was an original member of the Army Acquisition Corps. Additional acquisition related assignments included serving as a Project Manager, Assistant Program Manager for Logistics, a System Coordinator on the Army Staff, and a Professor of Acquisition Management. Mr. Morrow is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Idaho and a Masters Degree in Management from Purdue University.
