BCF Quality Assurance Program Description
The BCF Team is committed to complying with ISO 9001 quality procedures. While still considered an emerging company, BCF enjoys a well-deserved reputation for delivering quality products and services in a timely manner. This reputation is a direct result of the company's emphasis on quality as an essential element to customer satisfaction based on a proactive quality system, which monitors quality assurance throughout each Task Order. As part of the BCF quality assurance process, Task Leaders conduct monthly quality reviews with their team. Any problem or improvement opportunity identified results in a corrective action plan that identifies the problem or improvement opportunity. Our process includes the assignment of motivators, which reward quality improvements through the company bonus program.
