BCF is headquartered in Chantilly, VA with offices in Arlington, VA and Huntsville AL. In February 2006, BCF acquired Program Management Associates, Inc. (PMA), which is currently one of the three BCF Divisions. The third is a commercial unit providing clinical trials in support of the medical industry.
